Set up, installation and networking

Whether its setting up programmes and wifi on iPads, mounting Projectors or networking Laptops and Multifunction Machines, we will ensure your technology is perfectly integrated into your event, conference, meeting or exhibition.

Training and demonstrations

We include training and demonstrations within our pricing, ensuring you and your team are perfectly equipped to use our rental equipment safely and efficiently.

In the unlikely instance that anything does go wrong with your rental equipment, you will have access to our in-house technical staff 24/7 throughout your event, for extra support. Nothing is too much trouble – from paper jams to flat batteries, our courteous and knowledgeable team will help.

Bircherley Rentals knows it’s the smaller details that will be key to a seamless event, from Printers with plenty of toner, to iPads being properly charged. Everything is carefully prepared for your events needs.
